Magnum Choice Insurance Agency is an Independent Insurance Agency working with multiple standard insurance carriers with all lines of business, including auto, home, commercial, life, health, etc. We are seeking to expand our team in Plano location with individuals who have exceptional communication skills, are energetic, driven, and detail oriented. These individuals must be able to multi-task, possess exceptional communication skills and computer skills as well as being able to work in a team and independently.
Starting base Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 per year, plus generous monthly bonuses based on performance
Responsibilities
As a Licensed CSR you will be assisting the Agency by:
- Provide excellent customer service to existing policyholders
- Be able to cross-sell all lines of insurance to new and existing policyholders
- Educating and assisting new clients regarding policy terms and coverages
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Property & Casualty Licensed, or be willing to obtain P&C License
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- College degree is preferred
- Mandarin & Spanish is a plus
