In some offices and or branches customer service staff may act as assistants to the sales staff. • Customer inquiry response and research • Business support including bookings, board tracking, maintaining work profiles and rates • Respond to customer inquiries or requests through direct contact via telephone and email as well. • Communicate with internal and/or external sources to secure shipment.
