    **Job Overview:**


    As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, and Manage Online customer Inquiries and Reviews. Managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with office operations. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors and online inquiries, so excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

    **Responsibilities:**

    -Greeting customers on the online Booking Platform and directing their inquiries to team members.


    - Managing schedules and appointments for team members


    - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. 


    - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and tracking expenses. 


    - Organizing and maintaining office files and documents


    - Assisting with office operations and ensuring office supplies are stocked


    - Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages


    - Providing administrative support to team members as needed
