Job Responsibilities
1.Client Acquisition and Relationship Building.
2.Promote and sell the company's products/services within the designated local area.
3.Utilize social media channels to identify and engage potential customers, guiding them through the sales funnel to achieve conversion targets.
4.Research and identify sales opportunities, including cold-calling and door-to-door visits.
5.Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer needs in the local area.
6.Report market feedback and customer insights to the sales team and management.
7.Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Candidate Qualifications
1.Proven experience in sales, preferably in a local or regional capacity.
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
4.Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5.Basic proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
6.Valid driver's license.
