职责 / Responsibilities
• 准备并审查会计记录、财务报表、税务和其他财务报告（Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports）。
• 开发并分析业务运营和预算的相关报告（Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets）。
• 执行审计工作，确保符合标准要求（Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements）。
• 创建新流程以提高财务效率（Create new processes to improve financial efficiency）。
• 向管理团队汇报分析结果和发现（Report analysis and findings to management team）。
任职资格 / Qualifications
• 具备会计或相关领域的工作经验（Previous experience in accounting or other related fields）。
• 了解**公认会计原则（GAAP）**的基本知识（Fundamental knowledge of GAAP）。
• 熟练使用当前的会计软件和报告工具（Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools）。
• 注重细节，能按时完成任务（Detail and deadline-oriented）。
• 具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力（Strong analytical and problem-solving skills）。
• 熟练掌握办公技能，包括Microsoft Office和QuickBooks（Office skills: Microsoft, QuickBooks）。
