Position: Insurance Specialist

Job Overview: The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, as well as providing assistance and support to clients with their insurance needs. The agent will work with a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, and business insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Talk with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide recommendations for coverage
- Explain the features and benefits of various insurance policies to clients
- Process new insurance applications and handle renewals and changes to existing policies
- Assist clients with the claims process and provide support throughout the claims process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by the agency
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid insurance license in the state of Texas or able to acquire one within 60 days of employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and practices (preferred)
