We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience by offering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet clients upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages.
Verify and check Insurance.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies..
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling and office management software is a plus.
Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing excellent service to clients.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
