Full job description
1) Daily order taking from customers and filing;
2) Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors;
3) Track order fulfillment progress;
4) Input order information into project management system;
5) Generate report from the system upon project manager's instructions;
6) In time reporting for any service or operation issue;
Required : Fluent speaking and writing in English with Chinese as mother language; Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications; 1 year and above experience in logistics customer service rep.
