因业务发展，现诚聘以下岗位 / We are hiring for the following positions due to business expansion

1. 生产主管 / Production Supervisor

· 负责生产现场及团队日常管理。

Manage daily production operations and team activities.

· 安排人员及每日生产任务，跟进生产进度。

Assign staff and daily production tasks and monitor progress.

· 负责生产效率、质量及人员管理。

Monitor productivity, quality, and employee performance.

· 协调各小组工作，及时解决生产过程中的问题。

Coordinate teams and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

· 培训及指导员工，确保按公司流程完成工作。

Train and guide employees to ensure company procedures are followed.

· 有生产、仓库、电子产品、维修或相关行业管理经验者优先。

Management experience in production, warehouse operations, electronics, repair, or related industries is preferred.

· 有团队管理经验，具备良好的沟通、协调及问题解决能力。

Team management experience with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills is preferred.

2. 小组组长 / Team Leader

· 负责小组日常工作安排及人员管理。

Manage daily team assignments and team members.

· 跟进每日产量、工作进度及质量。

Track daily productivity, work progress, and quality.

· 协助主管培训员工并执行公司工作流程。

Assist supervisors with employee training and company procedures.

· 及时发现并解决工作中的问题。

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

· 有带领小组或管理人员经验者优先。

Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

· 有电子产品、仓库、生产或维修经验者优先。

Experience in electronics, warehouse, production, or repair is preferred.

3. 电子产品检测及维修人员 / Electronics Testing & Repair Technician

· 负责手机、平板、电脑及其他电子产品的检测、功能测试及维修。

Test, inspect, and repair phones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices.

· 对产品进行故障检测、分类并按照流程完成维修任务。

Diagnose issues, classify devices, and complete repairs according to company procedures.

· 要求视力较好、动手能力强。

Good eyesight and strong hands-on ability are required.

· 有电子产品、手机、电脑或平板维修经验者优先。

Electronics, phone, computer, or tablet repair experience is preferred.

· 无语言及学历要求。

No language or education requirement.

4. 仓库操作人员 / Warehouse Operator

· 负责仓库内日常操作、产品整理、分类、扫描及相关工作。

Perform general warehouse operations, including sorting, organizing, scanning, and processing products.

· 属于动手操作类工作，无须搬运重物。

Hands-on warehouse work; no heavy lifting required.

· 工作认真、稳定、有责任心，能按照工作流程完成任务。

Must be responsible, reliable, and able to follow work procedures.

5. 仓库货物管理员 / Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

· 负责仓库货物收货、整理、分类及管理。

Handle receiving, organizing, sorting, and managing warehouse inventory.

· 核对库存及货物信息，协助盘点及进出货管理。

Verify inventory and product information and assist with inventory counts and inbound/outbound control.

· 有仓库、库存或货物管理经验者优先。

Warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred.
