Position: Insurance Sales Representative
Department: Personal Lines (Homeowners & Auto Insurance)

What You’ll Do:
Sell and service personal lines insurance policies (home and auto)
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Handle inquiries and offer bilingual support in both English and Chinese
Educate clients about different insurance options, coverage details, and claims process
Stay current with the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations
What You Bring:
College degree (Associate or bachelor’s preferred)
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Strong sales skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
