Who We’re Looking For
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English – required
Friendly and comfortable working directly with customers
Detail-oriented and well organized
Responsible and able to follow through on tasks
Good communication and computer skills
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Previous insurance experience is preferred
Commercial insurance experience is a strong plus
