Responsibilities
* Field incoming calls for necessary action, feed contact into toe manager for BD follow-up
* Master the understanding of complex customer programs and requirements
* Gain insight into the customer's organization, processes, and needs to better serve the customer
* Be a champion at resolving customer complaints
* React proactively to idle issues impacting Business Development initiatives and customer satisfaction
* Assist with sales representations and marketing materials
* Track orders and shipments
* Collaborate with Operations, by acting as the customer advocate
* Manage and arrange domestic and international shipments
* Manage the reception area, greet and welcome visitors
* Assist with administrative management, supplies inventory and storage as directed
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* 3-5 years of successful Business Development experience
* Effective use of informational systems (ERP, MS Word/Excel)
* Proven communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* A team supporting attitude
* Self-driven and self-motivated to strive for excellence
* Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
