    职位描述 Job Responsibilities:

    • 管理端到端人力资源运营,包括招聘、入职、员工关系和离职流程。

    • 确保遵守泰国劳动法律法规。

    工作要求Job Qualifications:

    1.泰国籍,英文流利,会中文是加分项/ 中国籍,需要会泰语。

    2.至少 3 年人力资源和办公室管理经验,最好有双语工作环境中。

    3.出色的沟通、人际交往和冲突解决技能,擅长跨部门协调。

    4.熟练使用 HR软件和办公软件(例如 Microsoft Office)。

    1.Proficient in Thai (native level) and Chinese (business level). Proficiency in English is a plus.

    2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources and office management, preferably in a bilingual work environment.

    3.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with a strong ability to coordinate across departments.

    4.Proficient in HR software and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

    职位Position:泰国财务经理 Thailand Finance Manager

    语言要求:中国人,会泰文(会计专业相关泰文沟通)

    薪资 Salary:70,000-10,0000 泰铢

    工作职责Job Responsibilities:

    • 负责泰国公司的日常会计核算工作,编制财务报表,确保财务数据准确。

    • 进行成本核算与财务分析监控,为业务决策提供财务支持。

    • 处理税务申报及相关财务合规事务,对接泰国当地税务机构。

    • 负责公司的资金资产管理,确保资金资产安全。

    • 对接外部审计,出具年度审计报告及其他合规性检查。

    • 负责泰国本地财务团队建设、业务知识培训、考核等工作。

    5.• Responsible for the daily accounting operations of the company in Thailand, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

    • Handle tax filings and related financial compliance matters, liaising with local Thai tax authorities.

    • Manage the company's capital and asset management to ensure the safety of funds and assets.

    • Coordinate with external auditors to produce annual audit reports and other compliance checks.

    • Oversee the development of the local finance team in Thailand, including training, performance evaluation, and knowledge enhancement.

    工作要求Job Qualifications:

    1. 除会泰语外,中文、英文任意一种语言表达流利,其中中文流利优先。

    工作职责Job Responsibilities:

    • 完成费用开票;

    • 跟踪客户付款情况;

    • 与操作团队配合到位。

    • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of import and export documents provided by clients.

    • Review customs declaration forms.

    • Monitor the progress of document exchange.

    • Arrange customs clearance and delivery schedules.

    • Track the shipment to ensure it reaches the designated location.

    • Complete invoicing for services.

    • Monitor client payment status.

    • Collaborate effectively with the operations team.

    工作要求Job Qualifications:

    1.中国籍,拥有相关物流行业经验,进出口为准

    2.具备良好的数据分析和物流系统理解能力

    3.具备较强的沟通能力了和表达能力;具有较强执行力、原则性及推动力

    4.熟练掌握电脑办公软件WORD,EXCEL,PPT

    1. Chinese, Possess relevant experience in the logistics industry, preferably in import and export.

    2. Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of logistics systems.

    3.Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong

    execution, principle adherence, and driving force.

    4.Proficient in computer office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PPT
